To maintain our high standards of clinical care Prescriptions are strictly reserved for existing patients who are under active, regular care.

To ensure the safest and most efficient service, our prescription request process is divided based on your medication type. Please read the following instructions carefully to determine the correct method for your request.

Your last Menopause consultation must have been within the past 12 months in order to use this service.

If you have been seen within the last 6 months - You are eligible to book a 15-minute Prescription Appointment. These focused 15 minute appointments enable our doctors to review your notes, ensure your prescription remains clinically suitable for your current health status and helps us to maintain adherence to our high clinical standards before issuing a refill.

If you were last seen 6 to 12 months ago - Please book a Comprehensive Follow Up Appointment so our doctors can review your health status and ongoing treatment plan before renewing your prescription.

If you have not been seen in over 12 months - Your patient file will require a full reassessment. Please book an Initial Consultation.
