Our Pharmacies

We partner with several private pharmacies. Please make a note of which pharmacy your prescription is sent to, as this will help save time if you need to follow up later.

Contact details for our main partner pharmacies:

  • Pharmacierge:    0207 631 1269

  • CloudRX:               0113 531 2942

  • Roseway Labs:    03330 504030

  • Dicksons :              0800 027 6910

BEFORE YOU PAY THE PHARMACY…
we suggest you call them and check the following:

  • the medication matches exactly what you have requested

  • the medication delivery address is as you want it
Pharmacies can usually courier medication to any UK address, provided someone is available to sign for it.

  • the delivery method suits your needs
For example, if you’d prefer not to pay for a courier, ask about a cheaper Royal Mail option (available for most items that don’t require refrigeration).

Repeat prescriptions

When our doctors prescribe for you, they may provide you with a number of repeats if that’s appropriate. We recommend that you contact your pharmacy to order your next repeat when you have approximately three weeks of medication remaining. This will provide you with enough time to order a new prescription if you find you have used up all your repeats.

Once your doctor has raised the prescription for you, you will receive an email from the pharmacy with a link to send payment to them for the medication.
