New patients

If you haven’t been seen by us in the last 12 months, please book as a new patient.

Please be sure to bring copies of any relevant correspondence and blood test results with you to your consultation.

Existing patients

If you are an existing patient, having been seen by us within the last 12 months, and have a question about new results, please book a follow-up appointment with us. This will give time to discuss the results and any further changes to medication which might be necessary.

Which Clinic should I book into and which Doctor should I book with?

If you are looking for a menopause appointment and you do not have any underlying complex issues please book into the Menopause Clinic with any doctor.

If you are looking for a menopause appointment but you have MCAS or Histamine Intolerance please book an appointment for the Long Covid, MCAS & HIT Clinic with either Dr. Vera Martins or Dr. Cathy Greig. 

If you are looking for an appointment to discuss MCAS or Histamine Intolerance only please book an appointment for the Long Covid, MCAS & HIT Clinic with either Dr. Manjul Medhi, Dr Vera Martins or Dr. Cathy Greig.

If you are looking for an appointment to discuss Long Covid or Vaccine Injury please book an appointment for the Long Covid, MCAS & HIT Clinic with either Dr. Manjul Medhi, Dr. Vera Martins or Dr. Cathy Greig.

Appointments for the Long Covid, MCAS & HIT Clinic are longer to accommodate the additional time required to discuss complex issues.

Patients with Multiple Complex Symptoms

When booking please be aware that you may need more than one consultation. Our doctors will offer you treatment and a clinical diagnosis within their own field of expertise, but may suggest further treatment with alternative doctors either from within our own Consultancy, or from outside. We have a network of doctors and functional practitioners that we are happy to recommend for various issues and treatments.

Cancellations

We ask that you please be kind enough to give a minimum of 48hrs notice of cancellation. Our policy is to charge a fee of £50 for late cancellations.
